George Boizelle, Founder and CEO
George Boizelle functions as the agency’s CEO, directing its growth opportunities, and providing oversight and support.
He has led the growth of Boizelle Insurance Partnership since its inception, establishing it as an agency centered on customer service and community support. In 2006, George was distinguished by earning Erie’s most prestigious F.W. Hirt Quality Agent award.
George grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland. He was an All-American swimmer for Cornell University, graduating in Economics in 1970. He also coached a winning team of hundreds of Washington area swimmers, many nationally ranked.
He currently lives in McLean, Virginia with his wife and 8-year-old Maltese, Cici.

VaShawn Henry, President
VaShawn spent the last 20 years learning every aspect of the insurance business, 19 of those with Boizelle Insurance Partnership. Beginning in service and moving into sales, he developed the in-depth product knowledge and understanding that have contributed to his stellar track record as a top producer, year after year.
In his role as President, VaShawn leads following the guiding principles that have contributed to the agency’s exceptional retention and referral rates. The goal: to always achieve the kind of exceptional customer gratification clients are eager to share with their friends, family, and colleagues.
Outside of work, VaShawn’s life is centered on family activities with his wife and their two young children. He can also almost always be drawn into a conversation about technological advances in the auto industry.

Bret Boizelle, Vice President
Having spent the past several years focused on building the agency’s Commercial Department, Bret moves into the role of Vice President overseeing Agency Development and Marketing. His responsibilities include growth across all insurance areas and marketing venues, and best practices with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention.
Prior to joining Boizelle Insurance, Bret worked for several years for the Four Seasons where he learned the value and principles of delivering the highest level of customer service.
He grew up in Potomac, earned his BA degree from Emory University in 2009, and currently lives in Chevy Chase, MD.

Anna Myers, Director of Personal Lines
Anna joined Boizelle Insurance in 2007 following two years serving with the Peace Corps in Costa Rica.
She quickly proved herself a vital member of the sales team, exhibiting an educational approach her customers appreciate.
In 2014, Anna was promoted to management of the Personal Insurance Department. She leads by example, encouraging self-sufficiency, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Her greatest professional satisfaction is derived from witnessing her team working together to provide high levels of customer service and satisfaction with minimal managerial intervention.
Anna graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Hispanic Language and Cultures. Fully fluent in Spanish, she is the agency’s primary contact for our Spanish-speaking clientele.
She lives in the MD suburbs with her husband, and enjoys reading and travelling to Costa Rica.

Tasha Gosha, Director of Commercial Lines
Tasha has spent the last 23 years in the insurance business, starting on the Commercial side before transitioning to Personal Sales. As one of the agency’s go-to resources for insurance product knowledge, Tasha now manages Boizelle’s Commercial Insurance department. Her greatest satisfaction is knowing that her clients receive the best customer service experience possible and that they are properly insured.
Outside of work, Tasha enjoys traveling to Jamaica frequently and spending time with her family every Sunday. She resides in Beltsville, MD with her four year old daughter.
